1 ON 1 TRAINING

Our 1 on 1 Training Program was designed for athletes who need to be at their best every-time they are on the field of battle: In speed, power and skill. Taking your game to the next level requires improving your strengths and developing your weaknesses. After a performance evaluation and a discussion of your goals, then tailored training comes together: speed and power, skill or a combination of all three.

SPEED
Focusing on proper running mechanics, explosive speed, lateral and linear quickness, and footwork. Utilizing resistance training, ground based training, and Plyometric training, with specialized agility protocols to ensure power and efficiency.

POWER
Every sport and position requires a unique strength program fit to its needs. From hang cleans to body weight exercises, learning the correct mechanics and how to apply that power in competition is key to taking your game to the next level.

SKILL
Understanding the game and applying your new found speed and power is where the training comes together. Sport-specific skill sessions offered by Sports U include: Football, Lacrosse, Baseball/Softball, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Track and Field, Rowing, and Wrestling
