TUMBLING & CHEER
The 60 minute classes are beginner – intermediate level classes that teaches introductory skills such as, forward/backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and bridges.
Intermediate athletes will focus on acquiring skills such as round off back handspring, standing back handspring, and standing back tucks. This is the foundation for advanced skills with focus on body awareness, motor skills, flexibility, control, and proper technique.
